The store prioritizes visual clarity, fast navigations, and seamless checkout flows to reduce cart abandonment.

Technical Challenge

Third-party application scripts were injecting render-blocking code, raising load times. I addressed this by auditing script priorities, migrating heavy pixel scripts to server-side Google Tag Manager containers, and lazy-loading non-critical plugins until user interaction was detected, recovering mobile Core Web Vital metrics.
